Submitting a reclamation

In order to make a reclamation, follow the steps below:

1. Return/reclamation form

Fill out the return / reclamation form below.

2. Confirmation of receipt of the application

After submitting the application using the RMA Form, you will receive a return e-mail with the confirmation of the application and the RMA number assigned to it.

3. Service confirmation

Please wait for further instructions by e-mail. Each application is considered individually.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, fill in the form and send it to our address together with the returned product / products:

* The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days applies only to Consumers (within the meaning of the Civil Code) - it does not apply to purchases for the needs of the company.
