1. For orders paid via the tpay.com system the package is sent within 48 hours from receiving the order. However, for orders paid by traditional bank transfer, the order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is credited to our account.

2. For products available on request and with a long waiting time for payment, the execution time is determined individually in agreement with the customer.

3. Shipments are sent on working days from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. on weekdays are transferred for processing and shipped on the same business day.

Undelivered package

If the package has not yet arrived, it does not mean that it has been sent back to us. If the package fails to deliver the first time, the courier makes another delivery attempt, and if it fails, another one. After three attempts, the parcel is briefly sent to the local warehouse of the courier company and only then is sent back.

If you have been waiting for your order for more than 5 working days and the courier has not contacted you to deliver it, be sure to let us know! This way, we will be able to check where the shipment is currently located as quickly as possible. We'll also let you know what to do next.
