Konftel C50800 Hybrid

The Konftel C50800 Hybrid is the ultimate video collaboration solution for medium to really large conference rooms. Delivering exceptional picture and sound quality, the package combines the Konftel Cam50 PTZ conference camera and Konftel 800 conference phone with a Konftel OCC hub for a single cable connection. A single USB cable connects to the computer. Hybrid Conferencing allows you to easily combine meeting applications and regular phone calls. So you can sit back and focus on the meeting.

The Konftel Cam50 brings exceptional image quality to videoconferencing at a fraction of the cost of other comparable PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) conference cameras. It is based on premium optics and exceptional precision - from lenses to the image sensor and the technology used to optimize video quality. Even in low light, the picture is clear and crisp.

The Konftel 800 offers connectivity for SIP, USB and Bluetooth®  ^LE   , enabling BYOD and all of today's communication and collaboration tools, whether in cloud, on-premises or hybrid environments. The conference phone also meets the high standards we require from our new products in terms of design and usability. In fact, the Konftel 800 is the winner of the Red Dot Award 2019 for product design.

The enhanced Konftel OmniSound  ^® audio platform  works proactively to keep dialogue flowing during the meeting. In the Konftel 800, the result is a particularly powerful and clear sound that allows participants to relax knowing that they can hear and are heard well. This creates a natural sense of presence.

The Konftel OCC Hub is, as the name suggests, the hub of your video collaboration solution, offering a single cable connection to your conference camera, speakerphone and screen. In practice, this means that the Konftel C50800 Hybrid set fully supports BYOC - Bring Your Own Computer, in which the user can transfer the collaboration service to the conference room on any laptop equipped with a USB port.

Whatever your preferred collaboration app or cloud service, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Hangouts, Zoom or anything else, the Konftel C50800 Hybrid Suite will take care of your conference room experience. Take your meeting with you on any laptop with a USB port, plug it in, and you're good to go.

This is how the Konftel C50800 Hybrid components fit together and the Konftel OCC Hub makes setup and use child's play. It's Plug & Play via USB and doesn't require any additional drivers as long as you have a modern version of Windows as the operating system on your computer. You can also choose to connect the display directly to the computer, usually via HDMI, and then you don't need a driver with DisplayLink.

Medium and large conference rooms are the natural environment of a PTZ camera. The 72.5 ° field of view from the very beginning gives you a sense of presence and you can easily magnify the image to the desired level. You can test the performance of the Konftel Cam50 by performing the 12x optical zoom. Display chalkboard notes or product sample details with impressive clarity.

With the Konftel Smart Microphone, you can extend the reception range to handle larger conferences with up to 20 people in the room. Connect one or two expansion microphones, depending on the size of the room. The Konftel smart microphone has built-in echo cancellation and background noise suppression thanks to  ^OmniSound®  .

The cascading function extends both the sound distribution and reception range for maximum coverage, ensuring rich and full sound even in large rooms with more than 20 people. Up to three Konftel 800 devices can be connected in series via cable, completely without hassle and complexity.
