The set we propose includes the Grandstream UCM6301 telephone, which is responsible for managing internal traffic between employees and external, i.e. incoming and outgoing calls. It offers a ready-made solution for communication and collaboration within the organization. It allows you to manage all your business communications in one centralized network: voice calls, video calls, CCTV cameras, web conferences, data, analytics, intercoms and notification systems.

UCM63XX switchboards support up to 3,000 users and have an embedded web meeting and videoconferencing solution that allows employees to connect from a desktop PC, mobile phone, GVC series devices and IP phones. Thanks to the RemoteConnect function, we can set up secure remote connections or manage the control panel in the GDMS cloud. The API point allows you to connect the headquarters with other platforms, such as SalesForce.

Another element of the set is the Grandstream GRP2615 secretary telephone, characterized by a large number of programmable buttons that can be used for BLF (Busy Lamp Field), i.e. monitoring whether other employees are currently conducting a call and enabling quick connection switching.

The phone offers, among other things, an elegant design and a set of new generation features: integrated WiFi, Bluetooth support that allows you to connect wireless headphones, the ability to connect a secretary module, two Gigabit ports, so that the phone can act as a switch for a computer / laptop and many more. Large 4.3 ”color display with replaceable cover. Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS) provides a centralized interface to configure, share, manage, and monitor Grandstream endpoint deployments.

The last component are telephones for the rest of the company team - the Grandstream GRP2602, which is a "simple" VoIP telephone with programmable buttons.

In order for the whole set to work properly, it must be configured, which is already included in the price. After purchasing the equipment, a file will be sent to you, which must be completed for proper configuration. The configured device will only need to be connected to the company's network.
