The Poly Edge B Series of phones are easy to use with illuminated keys if need be as well as an easy-to-access pagination button that can quickly show you more lines. They feature Poly's HD Voice and Acoustic Fence technology so that you can rest assured every call will be crisp and clear. The Poly Edge Series is ideal for service providers because it has a rich feature set provided with Poly Voice Software Lite (PVOS-Lite) as well as plug-and-play provisioning and cloud management capabilities.

The Poly Edge B20 comes with 2 line keys is PoE powered.
