Yealink VC500 + CTP20

The Yealink VC500 is designed to ensure uninterrupted communication in the workplace for all users. Equipped with a PTZ camera with 5x optical zoom, it supports 1080P and 60 FPS video calling to make your conversation sound and look very natural. The all-in-one design, intuitive user interface and state-of-the-art video and audio technologies make it easier to organize meetings and more effective remote collaboration. A more realistic audiovisual experience was achieved thanks to the use of H.265 / HEVC, Opus and HD audio codecs supported by the Harman loudspeaker. Using the features of the integrated Yealink Meeting Server (YMS) videoconferencing platform, the VC500 video terminal supports meeting scheduling and instant conference joining. The VC500 is perfect for small and medium-sized conference rooms.

The Yealink CTP20 adopts effortless and user-centered interaction design, making meeting control easier than ever thought possible. The touch control of the screen outperforms traditional control modes magnificently. You can create or join a meeting on the home screen, and all meeting controls can be navigated on CTP20 with just a touch or a swipe of your finger, including previewing and adjusting the camera, changing the participant layouts, recording, etc. CTP20 features a built-in whiteboard, and up to 4 CTP20 units can be used simultaneously in one VC880/VC800/VC500 system. Multiple participants can write on the whiteboard at the same time, the real-time handwriting presentation allows participants to see what is being written with no latency and makes discussions much more effective. When paired with Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod WPP20, you can gain reverse control from CTP20 over your computer, getting a multi-screen interaction that assists you to achieve more.
