The Yeastar P P550 exchange is the latest solution of the manufacturer from the new P series. It has been designed for small and medium-sized enterprises - it supports up to 50 users and 25 simultaneous connections. The functionalities and expansion possibilities introduced in the new P series seem to be particularly important in the more and more frequent use of the hybrid operation system in the company. Using Linkus Yeastar, we can connect employees with all devices, e.g. mobile phones, desktops and web browsers. Employees can be in touch with clients and colleagues from anywhere they work.
Thanks to the newest and most modern series of Yeastar exchanges, we can manage the entire telephone system in the company. call forwarding, caller identification, group ringing, queues. Thanks to the Customer Panel provided by the manufacturer, which allows for real-time call handling, administrators can fully manage phone calls in the company while maintaining the security of corporate data. The P series management system is simple and intuitive. It also enables integration with IP telephones or CRM systems.
One of the differences between the S-series exchanges used so far and the new P-series exchanges is undoubtedly the implemented CALL CENTER solution that increases the efficiency of agents, the speed of response to an incoming call and, consequently, an increase in customer satisfaction. In addition to standard PBX functions, we have: call distribution, queue panel, boards, SLA, call reports that support employee performance monitoring, reporting and management.
Users can both add external contacts to create a company-wide centralized directory and manage their personal contacts using Caller ID Matching and Speed Dial. Company or personal contacts will be synchronized with Linkus UC clients, allowing easy access and dialing for office, mobile and remote workers.
